Sree Buddha Central School, affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, has been established to promote education in the budding talents. With the emergence of a Technical Institute of Higher Education viz; Sree Buddha College of Engineering, it was highly essential for the establishment of a Senior Secondary School which can provide quality education in the locality.
Sree Buddha Central School follows the cardinal teaching of Lord Buddha in imparting education imbued with real values of life. Sree Buddha Central School, Pattoor was established in the year 2003 under the management of the Sree Buddha Educational Society, Kollam. The Society is a registered voluntary social and cultural organization which endeavors to popularize the sublime teachings of the world teacher – Sree Buddha. The school is situated at the permanent site facing the lagoon near Sree Buddha College of Engineering, which is a premier institution in central Travancore offering quality education in Engineering.
